Item 5.05. Amendments to the Registrant’s Code of Ethics, or Waiver of a Provision of the Code of Ethics.
On January 1, 2020, certain stylistic, technical and administrative amendments, along with additional provisions in the sections related to Fair Dealing and Workplace Safety and Productive Environment to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics applicable to directors, officers and employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, upon recommendation from the Audit Committee and Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee, took effect.
The foregoing description of the amendment to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, as amended on January 1, 2020, which is available for review or download in the Corporate Governance section of the Company’s website, www.monopartx.com.
